














I made these little guys for Easter. It was my first attempt at deviled eggs and I think they came out very yummy! I am not a mustard fan so I only put a little bit in them. I used mayo, garlic, a dab of mustard, oregano, and paprika to top it off.
My friend Michelle taught me how to boil the perfect egg a while ago. I put them in water, bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and top the pot off for ten minutes. Then soak them in cold water for a little while before peeling. Perfection!

hmm looks amazing! i love boiled eggs but never do because I hate peeling them. is the cold water the trick to getting to to peel easily?
